(Source: Northern Ireland Executive) A Lisburn director has been disqualified in respect of her conduct as a director of a restaurant business. ~ Friday, 9 October 2015 Perpetua Teresa Hughes (42) of Barleywood Mill, Lisburn was disqualified for nine years on 15 September 2015 in the High Court Belfast in respect of her conduct as a director of TRNI Limited ('the Company'). The Company carried on business as a restaurant from University Road, Belfast and entered liquidation on 11 April 2013 with no assets available for unsecured creditors, liabilities to non preferential creditors of £328,561 and an estimated deficiency as regards creditors of £328,561.
